– 會籍不得轉讓或供他人使用；
– 如會員遺失會員卡，補領新卡需付港幣$100行政費；
– 選購特惠會籍或以特惠價購買「足球星級計劃」或 家庭星級計劃 者，需於付款或領取證件/門票時，向工作人員出示有效身份證明文件；
– 本會保留修改有關會籍或足球星級計劃之條款及細則而不作另行通知的權利；如有任何爭議，東方體育會將保留一切最終決策權利。
– Membership cannot be transferred or used by others；
– If a member lost the membership card, an administrative fee of HK$100 will be charged for a replacement card;
– Those who purchase preferential membership or purchase the “Football Star Program” at a preferential price are required to present valid identification documents to the staff when paying or collecting documents/tickets;
Eastern Sports Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the membership or football program without prior notice; in case of any dispute, the Club reserves the right of final decision.
